Thank you for choosing Skin And Brow Bar for your skin and brow services,  we value our clients and our staff, so in order to make your experience better and allow our professionals to be their best we enforce a cancellation and no show policy. 

Cancellation & No-show policy 

Our cancellation policy is a 24 hour window, with the respect to other clients and staff please make sure that if you need to reschedule or cancel you do so within the window or a 50% charge will be taken from the credit card on file.

Update: Any services over $100 will no require a 50% deposit that will go towards your total at check out, if you do not call to reschedule this appointment within our cancellation policy this charge will go to the provider and will not recur over to the next appointment.  

We have a 10 min grace period of appointment time, If you show up after the 10 min your provider will reschedule you to a different time or date based on their schedule. We value you as a client but our books are full and we cannot run over into someone else's appointment. Please be courteous of our policy and arrive at least 5 min before your scheduled appointment. 

No-show will result in 99% of the total of the service and charged to the card on file. If for whatever reason the card will not process you will be responsible for the payment before being able to receive another service. 

We understand things happen and we are happy to work with you but please keep in mind our Estheticians are hard at work and want to be busy and booked. Please call or email if you have an issue with your appointment time and date and need to reschedule.
